Brand stores carry full-price current-season gear, offer repair services through the ReBIRD program, and stock the complete product range. Inside Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, about an hour north of Manhattan. This is one of the largest premium outlet centers in the country, and the Arc'teryx store here tends to have deeper discounts than some other locations. Hours typically run 10 AM to 9 PM.

Inside Fashion Outlets of Chicago near O'Hare Airport. This location opened in May 2025 after Arc'teryx closed its Bucktown outlet at 1630 N. Damen Ave in Chicago. The move put the outlet inside a larger shopping center with better foot traffic. Arc'teryx still operates separate full-price brand stores on Rush Street, Southport, and at Oakbrook Center in the Chicago area.

How Does the Arc'teryx Online Outlet Work?
The Arc'teryx online outlet lives at outlet.arcteryx.com and stocks past-season gear at 20-40% off. New inventory drops regularly, and popular items sell out fast. The US e-outlet ships domestically only with a $10 flat rate, free over $150. Returns are accepted within 30 days, but you cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective.
The Canadian e-outlet operates separately with prices in CAD, typically 10-15% higher due to exchange rates. Canadian shipping runs $12, free over CAD 200. Stock differs between the two sites. The US outlet tends to carry more Veilance pieces, while the Canadian outlet stocks more technical alpine gear like Alpha SV jackets.
